Besides translation certificates, the notary can certify any facts declared before her by attesting the way they have come to her knowledge.
Full evidence
The certificate is an authentic document and a full evidence, and it cannot be questioned except when based in its inaccuracy.
Certificates are notarial acts of the notary’s only responsibility.
Practical use
The practical use for this documents can be the certification of a website, an email, a SMS, the condition a work is being done, a person is alive and his / her identity, that he /she holds a position, an agreement not made because someone was absent and so on.
Another example of certificates issued by the notary are those for European anonym societies.
